Yes, a non-refundable 50% deposit of the total price for the style you choose is required to secure your appointment. This amount will be deducted from the cost of your service.
You can reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. Please refer to your confirmation email and use the rescheduling link at the bottom of the page to change your date or time. If there’s no availability, please email or text me for assistance.

No, if you are feeling unwell or have any symptoms, you must reschedule or cancel your appointment.
If you cancel your appointment, your deposit is non-refundable. If you wish to rebook, another deposit will be required.
Yes, I work with all hair types. If you have concerns about alopecia, a bleached scalp, short or long hair, thin or thick hair, I recommend booking a consultation before your appointment. Alternatively, you can send a photo of your hair beforehand.
Extensions are included in the price for all braids. For Remy extensions and crochet, please check with the salon for pricing, as these are not included in the service price. You are also welcome to bring your own extensions for Remy or crochet styles. Please note, we only accept pre-stretched hair for braids.
Your hair must be at least 4 inches long. For two Dutch braids, a minimum length of 6 inches is required.
Yes, you can bring others with you. However, please bring something to entertain them (such as an iPad or games) as children tend to get bored while waiting.
If you are running late, please contact me in advance via email or SMS. Late fees will apply if you are more than 15 minutes late: $20 for delays over 15 minutes.
Appointments may be canceled if you are more than 30 minutes late.
Yes, all clients must arrive with their hair thoroughly washed and blow-dried (no damp hair). Your hair must be clean and dandruff-free.
Please review the duration for your desired service. The time may be extended depending on your hair type or the style you choose.
If you miss your appointment without rescheduling or canceling, you will be required to pay 50% of the service cost, and future online bookings will be disabled.
